About US

Originally started as a furniture supplier for The Board Store in La Crosse and RealWood Stores in Rochester, Mn and Eau Claire, WI, RealWood Furniture evolved into its own entity.  Currently we build stock bedroom furniture and Bookcases for The Board Store and Woody's Furniture  in St Louis Park, MN.  Stock lines include a shaker, contemporary, classic, and mission styles. All of our furniture is hand made in our shop.

In 1997 RealWood Furniture was sold to its current owners. With attention to detail and quality, we started building more custom furniture for area contractors and individuals.  Today we are a full service millwork and custom furniture business.

In 2000 RealWood Products became the builder of choice for The Audio Video Pros in Onalaska, WI.  The Audio Video Pros has won multiple national awards for their home theaters and we are proud to be a part of their success.

We have a staff of experienced craftsmen willing to take on any challenge.

Thinking Green

RealWood Products has been an innovator for many years trying to help save our environment.  Since 1995 RealWood has been using environmentally friendly water based finishes for most of or daily operations.  While we are not exclusively using water based finishes, as new products and technology advance we will be striving find these products so that we may improve and help protect our environment.

All of our waste products are recycled or treated in an environmentall friendly fashion.  All wood shavings and saw dust are used as animal bedding on local farms. Wood scraps and daily paper waste are shipped to the La Crosse Xcel Energy Paste to Energy Power Plant where they are used to generate electricity to power our homes. Non burnable items are collected and recycled at local recycling centers.

In house, we are conserving resources by printing invoices in a .PDF format and emailing them to our customers rather than printing on paper and mailing them.
